Thirsty Pallet was built on a simple idea: people deserve a space that respects both their morning ritual and their evening wind-down. Located on West 4th Street in downtown Winston-Salem, we've created a venue that shifts seamlessly from a focused coffee environment to a relaxed cocktail lounge.

Our baristas source single-origin beans and pull every shot with intention. Our mixologists craft cocktails from fresh ingredients, using house-made syrups and locally sourced spirits. Whether you're here for a quiet work session or a night out with friends, the pallet is yours.

We built Thirsty Pallet to feel like your second living room — but with better lighting and a far more interesting drink list. Exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and warm amber lighting create a space that works equally well for deep conversations and solo focus sessions.

Bright, airy, and built for productivity. High-top tables, comfortable lounge seating, and reliable WiFi from open until close.

Lower lights, deeper music, a completely different energy. The same space transforms into an intimate cocktail bar by dusk.
